As a Talent Agent at Ada Digital, you help us find, understand, and attract people who are both looking and not looking for their next career step. You map markets, build relationships, and help candidates discover opportunities they might not have known existed. At the same time, you gain insight into the entire recruitment process, from kickoff and advertising to candidate dialogue and placement.

This role is for you if you are driven by curiosity and enjoy understanding how things fit together. Here, you get an unusually fast insight into the tech industry, how companies build their teams, and what motivates people to take the next step in their careers.

What you will do here

As a Talent Agent, you work closely with our Talent Business Partners and become a crucial part of our recruitment and consulting processes. Among other things, you will:

  • Map candidate markets and identify individuals with the right competence and potential for our recruitment and assignments.
  • Work with candidate attraction through search, outreach, and relationship-building dialogues.
  • Write ads and pitches that help candidates understand why they should want to know more.
  • Support our Talent Business Partners in application handling, reference checking, interview scheduling, and other parts of the recruitment process.
  • Participate in kickoffs and gain insight into client dialogues to understand the business and the needs behind each recruitment.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Your team and workplace

You will become part of our Delivery Team. The team works closely with our Talent Business Partners, who are responsible for client dialogues, business, and recruitment processes. We at Ada Digital have different backgrounds and experiences, but what unites us is curiosity and the desire to help each other move forward. Here, we have an open-door policy, and we are open about both successes and mistakes. This allows us to learn quickly, develop together, and dare to test new ideas.

We are located in beautiful and central premises at Hötorget in Stockholm and collaborate closely with our parent company TNG, where we have our colleagues in marketing, finance, HR, and key account sales. We also sit together with our sister companies Invici, Mesh, ToFindOut, Tengai, and Signpost.

We truly value our culture and cohesion, as well as work-life balance, which is why we work in a hybrid model. We expect you to be adaptable based on tasks and clients, and that you are happy to be in the office at least a few days a week.

About you

You are curious about developing within recruitment, search, and candidate attraction. How you got here is less important. You might be working in a completely different field today, have tried recruitment or search before, or come directly from studies. Experience with search, sourcing, or recruitment is meritorious but not a requirement.

You enjoy finding things out, whether it concerns a new industry, a new role, or what makes a candidate say yes to a job. At the same time, you have structure in your way of working and thrive with having your own areas of responsibility to drive forward. Since we work closely with both candidates, clients, and each other, we believe you also appreciate collaboration and feel comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English.
