About the RoleYou will step into a significant change initiative where a new system support, Heroma, has already been implemented for payroll and roster management. There is now a need for a clear approach to how the organization, roles, processes, and workflows should function in practice in a business where correct roster planning and payroll disbursement are critical.
As a Project Manager, you will lead the work on reviewing the planning and monitoring of working hours, responsibility distribution, and working methods, primarily within roster management with a clear link to payroll. You will operate in a complex environment with many stakeholders and drive an assignment that results in sustainable working methods, clear roles, and concrete support for the business. This is a role for you who wants to combine change management, business development, and IT in a context where your work has a clear and long-term impact.
Responsibilities- You lead and coordinate the work group throughout the assignment.
- You drive the review of the organization, roles, responsibilities, and processes for roster management and its connection to payroll disbursement.
- You act as the spokesperson in the steering group and maintain close dialogue with the business stakeholders.
- You develop and implement governing and supporting documents that establish new working methods in the area.
- You ensure an efficient organization for roster planning, including processes, workflows, as well as roles and responsibilities.
- You develop support materials that help managers calculate resource needs and provide schedulers with a better basis for optimal staffing in line with laws and regulations.
- You have experience implementing the roster and payroll system Heroma in a government agency where irregular working hours are common.
- You have experience introducing organization and roles for roster management.
- You have experience leading complex projects or assignments with overall responsibility for implementation, control, monitoring, and reporting.
- You have many years of experience leading large IT development projects.
- You have many years of experience with agile working methods.
- You have a very good understanding of roster and payroll processes, payroll services, roster management, and HR processes.
- You speak and write fluent Swedish.
- Experience in change management.
- Experience in organizational development.
- Experience working with organizational changes within roster management.
- Experience working with information security in the public sector (state, municipality, or region) or alternatively in a larger company.
