About the unit:
FMLOG Headquarters, where the HR Section is located, supports and directs all operations within the unit Swedish Armed Forces Logistics on behalf of the unit commander. We are now looking for an engaged and competent HR Administrator to strengthen our department. Our department plays a central role within the Swedish Armed Forces Logistics and is crucial for ensuring efficient and structured handling of personnel matters. We operate in a dynamic environment where needs can change quickly, and we are therefore looking for a driven individual who can contribute to creating stability and efficiency in our HR processes.
Main responsibilities:
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for several central areas within personnel administration. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide administrative support in an organization with clear areas of responsibility. You will have broad insight into HR work and the opportunity to develop by familiarizing yourself with many processes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for the correct establishment and handling of personnel files.
- Issuing employment certificates and handling applications within the personnel area.
- Minute-taking at relevant meetings and events.
- Administration of functional mailboxes and delegation of tasks.
- Simpler handling of recruitment processes.
- Purchasing and coordination regarding the function's meetings and conferences.
- Coordination and administration of HR's side of our intranet.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within the Swedish Armed Forces.
- Experience with PRIO.
- Experience with VIDAR.
- Experience with ReachMee.
- Experience working in HR administration.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Good knowledge of Swedish.
Meritorious:
- Experience working with HR processes.
- Good knowledge of SharePoint.
- Category B driver's license.
Personal qualities:
We are looking for a careful and structured candidate with the ability to effectively plan and organize their work. We value initiative, both in terms of tasks and teamwork. The ideal candidate should be able to handle several parallel tasks and maintain a positive attitude even during intensive work periods.
