💼 Responsibilities

In the role of Contract Administrator, you have a central function in ensuring, following up on, and developing PreZero's larger customer contracts in the East region. You work closely with department managers and other key functions, becoming a crucial link in creating structure, quality, and clarity throughout the contract process, from initiation and administration to ongoing follow-up and development. A large part of the work involves ensuring that contracts are complied with in practice, both operationally and economically. You follow up on results, identify deviations, and drive improvements in existing contracts. The role has a clear focus on structure, quality, and proactive contract management, where you are given the opportunity to develop common working methods and routines.

You have many contact surfaces, both internally and externally, and participate in customer and follow-up meetings, as well as supporting in calculation, procurement, and tender-related questions. The role also involves responsibility for ensuring that contract-related administration is handled correctly and efficiently in business systems and documentation.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensure and follow up on contract compliance in larger customer contracts, both operationally and economically
  • Responsible for contract administration, including initiation processes, structure in business systems, and documentation
  • Follow up on invoicing, indexing, and compile statistics and data for reporting
  • Ensure that CEM (Customer Environment Management) plans, permits, and other contract documentation are correct and up to date
  • Participate in customer and follow-up meetings and contribute to calculation, procurement, and tender work
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of processes and routines within contract management

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

Requirements:

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • At least three years of experience in administrative work related to contracts, purchasing, and/or procurement
  • Good computer skills and experience working in various business systems as well as in both the Office package, especially Excel and Google Workspace, particularly Sheets.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:

  • Experience working within LOU (Public Procurement Act) and public tenders
  • Experience from the waste and recycling industry
  • Background from related industries such as construction, transport, or manufacturing
  • Experience with economic follow-up related to contracts, such as invoicing or indexing
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

You thrive in an independent role where you take responsibility for driving your work forward and have a natural ability to take initiative when you see what needs to be done. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency in what you deliver. At the same time, you have the ability to create structure where needed and to see the big picture in complex flows and processes.

Location: Possibility to base yourself from one of the offices in Saltsjö-Boo, Högdalen, Solna, or Sollentuna
