HR Consultant for a Swedish Government Agency in Stockholm

We are currently recruiting an experienced HR Consultant on behalf of our client, a government agency in Stockholm. You will play a central role in supporting managers with employment law, recruitment, work environment, and rehabilitation, while also contributing to the development of HR processes and administrative workflows.

Role Description

As an HR Consultant, you will advise and guide managers on matters related to employment law, recruitment, systematic work environment management, and rehabilitation. You will work closely with a five-person HR team, contributing to both operational HR activities and the development of the agency’s processes. The role also includes administrative HR tasks and working with relevant HR systems.

Who Are We Looking For?

You hold a university degree in Human Resources or a related field. A minimum of three years of operational HR experience is required, along with documented experience in employment law, recruitment, and systematic work environment management. You are fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken. As a person, you are structured, collaborative, and confident in an advisory capacity towards managers.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with HR within a government agency is highly valued.
