Role Description

On behalf of the agency, we are seeking two digital communicators for a fixed-term consultancy assignment.

• A digital communicator focused on external communication via the public website
• A digital communicator focused on internal communication via the intranet

The assignment will be carried out within a communications team undergoing extensive development of its digital channels, while maintaining ongoing daily operations.

As a digital communicator, you will develop, manage, and publish content across digital channels. The role involves tailoring, editing, and publishing content for the website or intranet. You will work with search optimization, accessibility, usability, and content development, packaging text, images, and in some cases video for digital publication.

You will collaborate closely with communicators, editors, and other business representatives to ensure that content and channels meet user needs and support the organization's goals. The role requires both operational execution and the ability to contribute to the development and improvement of digital workflows.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you with a university degree in media, communication, or equivalent, along with at least five years of experience in similar roles within digital communication.

You have documented experience in:

• a university degree in media and communication or equivalent
• training and at least five (5) years of professional experience in a similar role
• strong knowledge of digital communication and social media
• proficiency in web publishing tools (e.g., Episerver, Sitevision, etc.)
• knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Matomo, Piwik Pro, Siteimprove, etc.)
• understanding of optimization and development of digital channels
• knowledge of usability and accessibility for digital platforms
• strong proficiency in MS Office or equivalent
• fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• knowledge of plain language principles.

As a person, you are collaborative, structured, and accustomed to working with various stakeholders. You quickly grasp organizational needs and translate them into clear, user-adapted content.

Preferred Qualifications

• solid experience in using communication to achieve organizational goals
• experience and ease in switching between strategic planning and practical execution
• strong collaboration skills and talent for building relationships with people at different levels and with diverse expertise.
