About the Role

We are currently seeking an HR Consultant for a government agency in the Stockholm area. The primary responsibility of this assignment is to provide support and advice to the agency’s management on employment law, recruitment, systematic work environment management (SAM), and rehabilitation. Additionally, you will handle operational administrative processes and systems within these areas, while contributing to the development and streamlining of the agency’s HR processes.

The HR unit consists of five employees and is led by the HR Manager. The unit is part of the Business Support Department.

Assignment Period and Scope

This is a full-time consultant position starting on 2026-09-01, with an expected end date of 2027-02-28. The work will primarily be carried out at the agency’s office in Kungsholmen. Remote work may be possible upon agreement.

Requirements

Academic degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Documented experience in employment law, recruitment, and systematic work environment management
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in operational HR work
Strong oral and written communication skills in Swedish
