About the Role

At Perido, we are looking for a Board Coordinator for Täby Municipality, a growing municipality with an important role in developing and providing good service to its residents, businesses, and operations. The municipality works actively for an efficient and legally secure administration and offers a dynamic work environment with a strong focus on collaboration and development. The Municipal Office is a central support function working with board administration, registry, and election office, where employees collaborate closely and share knowledge to ensure a well-functioning municipal operation.

Your Responsibilities

As a Board Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and quality-assuring the administrative process regarding political decisions. You play a central role in planning and coordinating meetings, following the progress of cases, and ensuring that decision materials are of high quality. The role involves close collaboration with case handlers, managers, and elected officials, as well as contributing to an efficient and legally secure decision-making process.

Key Tasks:

• Plan, coordinate, and document political meetings.
• Coordinate the preparation and follow-up of cases.
• Ensure that decision materials are complete and of good quality.
• Collaborate with case handlers, managers, and elected officials.
• Handle administrative tasks related to boards, committees, and councils.
• Participate in working groups and development projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience from board administration
• Recently graduated lawyer or a relevant higher education degree with a focus on public administration, political science, or similar
• Knowledge of law regarding the Local Government Act and the Administrative Procedure Act
• Good IT skills
• Ability to communicate fluently in speech and writing

Merits:

• Experience with case and document management systems
• Knowledge in the field of municipal law and/or experience in case processing

Scope and Start Date

Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2027-01-22. Start date 2026-08-24.
