Job Description

We are currently recruiting an HR Consultant for a Swedish government agency in the Stockholm area.

Duration: September 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027

Hours: Full-time

Location: On-site work, with some possibility of remote work by agreement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and advice to the agency's managers in areas such as employment law, recruitment, and systematic work environment management/rehabilitation.
  • Handle operational administrative processes and systems within the above-mentioned areas.
  • Contribute to the development and simplification of HR processes within the above-mentioned areas.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Documented experience in employment law, recruitment, and systematic work environment management.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in operational HR work.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.

Preferred: Experience working with HR in a government agency.
