• Have a relevant academic degree from a university or college.
• Have documented and multi-year experience from the Swedish and/or international bond market.
• Have a genuine interest in sustainability issues and a good understanding of how sustainability goals are integrated into modern interest rate management.
• Be a team player who thrives in close collaboration with others, while taking significant personal responsibility for the portfolio's performance and development.
• Have very good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Have an interest in understanding and leveraging the opportunities offered by modern IT systems and digital tools within portfolio management.
