Scandic Infra City is located a 15-minute drive from Arlanda Airport and is the leading congress and meeting hotel in the Nordics, featuring its own indoor garden. We are now looking for a Receptionist for Scandic Infra City.

What does the role involve?

As a receptionist, you are responsible for ensuring our guests receive world-class service. You are the hub that keeps the guest at the center of everything. You review the arrival list and pay attention to the details, ensuring guest requests are met. You always have a smile on your lips and a creative solution up your sleeve. You solve most issues and are a star at turning an unhappy guest into a satisfied one. Your workplace is our lobby, as that is where you meet the most guests. The role also includes administrative work, security tasks, and sales activities.

Working at the reception involves checking guests in and out, welcoming them, and providing them with the information they need for their stay. You handle bookings in the Opera Cloud system and manage administrative tasks related to guests and security. All work is done with guest satisfaction and sales in focus.

The hotel is open 24/7, so it is important that you are comfortable working in shifts (mornings, afternoons, and weekends).

Who are you?

To fit this role, we believe you have well-developed social skills and are capable of handling multiple things happening simultaneously. It is very important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests.

You also have experience and knowledge in using computers as a work tool.

Since the job consists largely of communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite. Speaking an additional language is an advantage.

Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be an attentive and non-hierarchical team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result.

This is a casual employment position for extra shifts as needed.
