As a Junior Operations Manager, you will play a key role in our team! Your daily work is characterized by collaboration, coordination, and administration related to our B2B customers within the Remarketing business area. Your purpose: Ensure smooth processes and help both customers, the sales team, and our Key Account Managers succeed.

Your main responsibilities:

• Your primary tasks revolve around the management and administration of B2B business with customers in the Remarketing area.
• You will work in a coordinating and administrative role, using the computer and phone as your main tools.
• You will work in our proprietary systems, as well as Google Workspace and Excel, for tasks such as reporting on sold cars and order management.
• You are responsible for handling contracts, administering and preparing for and after auctions, coordinating pickups, and acting as a support pillar for our salespeople and testers to ensure the process is as smooth and efficient as possible for our customers.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• Has experience in administrative work.
• Has good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets and a knack for quickly learning new digital tools.
• Is well-organized and has strong prioritization skills.
• Is communicative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a changing environment. You collaborate easily with others.
• Communicates excellently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You also have good proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset.
