About Us
Tillväxtstöd Sverige AB specializes in identifying financing opportunities and supporting companies through the entire application process for state grants and EU funding – from analysis and qualification to submission and follow-up. We work in a structured, digital, and close-to-client manner, focusing on quality, transparency, and results. Tillväxtstöd is the first in Sweden to digitize the application processes for various grants and subsidies.
About the Role

Previous experience of 1–2 years as a case worker or in daily customer contact is advantageous. If you lack this, a bachelor’s degree in economics, business law, or equivalent is required. We offer internal training during your first two weeks. As a case worker at our company, you will play a central role in our client projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Maintaining daily contact with entrepreneurs and clients
- Analyzing companies’ financial documentation and tax returns
- Navigating and assessing tasks via the company’s tax account portal
- Processing and administering applications for EU grants and subsidies
- Ensuring applications meet formal requirements and deadlines
- Tracking cases and documentation related to authority decision-making
The role requires high attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and professional customer service.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience analyzing tax returns and financial documentation
- Is confident navigating company tax account portals
- Has strong administrative skills and works in a structured manner
- Is communicative and enjoys customer interaction
- Has excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Advantageous qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics
- Degree in business law
- Experience with grant management, accounting, or public sector work
Workplace & Working Methods
Hiring is ongoing, and we plan to onboard a total of two case workers in May 2026.
The work is fully digital, conducted through our virtual office environment via Teams. Around August 1, 2026, we will move into our new office near T-Centralen in Stockholm City.
