Are you an experienced consultant who thrives at the intersection of strategy and operational execution? Do you have documented experience in business development, change management, and translating complex policy documents into practical workflows? This might be the assignment for you!

We are currently looking for a senior consultant to contribute to a comprehensive development project within a large public sector organization. You will become a key part of an ongoing change initiative focused on implementing a collaboration strategy and developing methods that create real value for the business.

You will work alongside existing consultants and the organization to develop and implement strategic workflows. The role combines analysis, project management, process facilitation, and business development.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Develop an implementation plan for the collaboration strategy.
• Support the organization in creating execution plans.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with managers and staff.
• Provide methodological and process support during the implementation of new workflows.
• Further develop methodological support for collaboration with external stakeholders.
• Contribute to piloting, scaling, and integrating new methods within the organization.
• Ensure quality in methodological support for citizen and professional engagement.
• Begin developing a monitoring system for the collaboration strategy.

You have documented experience in:

• Translating legislation, policy documents, and operational needs into methodological support, guidelines, and practical tools.
• Independently driving qualified investigations and development assignments.
• Providing strategic support to leadership, steering groups, or equivalent decision-makers.
• Preparing decision materials, reports, service assessments, and recommendations.
• Analyzing complex information, regulations, and public inquiries.
• Project-managing development initiatives with full delivery responsibility.
• Working within the public sector, e.g., government agencies, regions, or municipalities.
• Planning and conducting interviews, workshops, and other qualitative data collection methods.

You are a consultant who quickly grasps complex operations and translates strategy into practical execution. You work in a structured manner, are analytical, and thrive leading development work together with various stakeholders. Your ability to build trust, drive change, and deliver concrete results is crucial for success in this assignment.
