About the department/group
The Archives and Registry function at KTH is part of the IT Department and consists of registrars, archivists, e-archivists, a coordinator for the disclosure function, a system administrator for W3D3, and a unit manager. Our team is a cheerful group with broad expertise who support each other in both individual and shared assignments, and we enjoy plenty of laughter along the way.
Tasks
You will primarily work as a registrar/document controller at KTH's central registry. Your responsibilities will include receiving, assessing, and registering incoming and outgoing digital and physical documents (diarization) in W3D3, as well as opening mail and archiving documents that have been diarized in the system. You will regularly handle requests for public documents, ensure compliance with information requirements under the principle of public access, and coordinate these inquiries. Additionally, you will provide advice and support to university staff in this area. You will also be involved in developing the registrar function and role at KTH as we increasingly transition toward digital solutions.
Qualifications
Requirements
- You must have a minimum of 60 hp/credits in archival science, professional training as a registrar/document controller, or equivalent.
- You are computer literate and have good knowledge of the various programs in the Office suite.
- You have good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work.

Meritorious qualifications
