Our client is one of Sweden’s largest nationwide building materials retailers, and they are now looking for a Junior Master Data Administrator to join their office in Sollentuna.

About the Role

As a Junior Master Data Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that the company’s product data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date across all business systems. You will handle the administration and quality assurance of product information, while collaborating regularly with various internal departments to maintain high data standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and ensuring the quality of product data.
• Administering and updating product information in business systems.
• Managing incoming inquiries via email and phone.
• Collaborating with multiple internal departments to ensure accurate and current master data.
• Handling ongoing administrative tasks related to product data.

This is a consultancy position through StudentConsulting, starting in early autumn. It is a long-term assignment with strong potential for extension or permanent placement with the client. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a structured approach who enjoys administrative work where precision and quality are prioritized. You are self-motivated, responsible, and a strong team player.

We would appreciate if you have:

• A completed upper secondary education.
• Previous experience in administrative roles (preferred).
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel.
• Experience working with business or ERP systems (preferred).
• Background in the construction, manufacturing, or wholesale industry is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both written and verbal.
