About the role

As a Business Developer AI, you have a unique opportunity to shape how Humana uses AI to make a real difference – for real. You identify where AI can have the greatest impact and drive initiatives all the way from idea to implemented solution.

You work with a clear AI-first perspective where you not only streamline workflows, but challenge and redesign them from the ground up. This is about thinking differently – for example, how AI agents and intelligent systems can take over parts of processes, analyses, and decision support.

In this role, you will primarily work with:

• Driving initiatives where AI creates concrete business and operational value
• Building and implementing solutions that make work smarter and more data-driven
• Ensuring real impact – both in terms of efficiency, quality, and better decisions

You will become a key person in translating AI's possibilities into real change in a complex business – and get to work closely with both management and various parts of the organization. This is a role for you who wants to go from potential to actual transformation – and who is motivated by seeing concrete results from what you build.

As a person, you are driven, analytical, and humble, with a strong ability to turn analysis into practical action. You are confident in navigating change and have a pedagogical and relationship-building ability that creates understanding and engagement throughout the organization. You thrive in a role where you lead through influence rather than formal authority.

For this position, you are required to have:

• Relevant post-secondary education in fields such as economics, technology, IT, or data/analysis
• Experience in business development, management consulting, or digital transformation (preferably AI-related initiatives)
• Documented experience in driving change work from analysis to implementation in complex organizations
• Strong understanding of business governance and data-driven ways of working
• Accustomed to working closely with executive teams and translating business needs into concrete solutions
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
