Are you driven by the desire to grow and develop a business, and to do so together with others in often complex contexts? Do you have experience driving development projects and contributing to and developing the leadership and governance of legal operations? If so, the position of Strategic Business Developer in the Legal Department of the Swedish Pensions Agency (Pensionsmyndigheten) is interesting for you.
The Legal Department is responsible for the Agency's regulations, ensures consistency and clarity in the Agency's application of rules, and works to ensure that operations are otherwise conducted within the framework of current regulations. The Department is also responsible for the Agency's review activities. Currently, approximately 58 employees work in the department, located in Stockholm, Halmstad, and Växjö.
The Department participates in various ways in the Agency's standardization and agile business development. With an increasingly complex regulatory framework that constantly needs to be developed and kept up to date, and with many collaboration areas both internally and externally, there is a need to drive and participate in various development assignments. This is also linked to a need for development and support in the leadership and governance of the department. The work must always be performed with the Agency's overall mission in focus.

As a whole, you enjoy being a cog in a larger machine and have the ability to drive parallel tasks and deliver with quality.
The role is new to the department, which requires the ability to identify and shape the role together with the department leadership and employees.
