The Stockholm office is located in Danderyd, where you will become part of an engaged and competent team with a high focus on quality, innovation, and collaboration.
Your Responsibilities
In the role of Payroll and HR Administrator, you have primary responsibility for payroll processing but also serve as an important support function within both HR and financial administration. You work independently within your area while collaborating closely with colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
• Payroll processing
• Administration of pensions and insurance
• Management of benefits, payments, and tax-related matters
• Control and administration of expense reports and travel accounts
• Reporting to authorities
• General administrative HR support
• Contact with employees and managers regarding payroll and personnel administration matters
• Support in invoicing and bookkeeping
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in payroll and HR who wants to be a key support function in the business. Experience in financial administration is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn. You feel confident managing the payroll process independently and thrive in a role that combines structure, service, and collaboration.
We prefer that you have a couple of years of experience in payroll administration, or alternatively, are a recent graduate in payroll with a longer internship period behind you. Regardless of background, you are confident in your competence and comfortable being solely responsible for the payroll area.
As a person, you are curious, open, and humble in collaborations. You are flat-hierarchy, service-oriented, and have an easy time building trust with both colleagues and managers. The role places high demands on accuracy, integrity, and responsibility, while also requiring the ability to work independently and drive your work forward. Since the company is international, you need to feel comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
