We are growing and are therefore looking for an Accountant who wants to help build the finance department of the future – a role that combines accounting, analysis, and project management.

About the role

This is a broad and varied position for you who thrive with a holistic perspective and want to work close to the business operations. You will have overall responsibility for several companies, with a focus on project accounting and supporting the business in its continued development. As an Accountant, you will become a key link between finance, management, and project operations in the companies you manage.

The role includes, among other things:

• working with project and assignment accounting
• responsible for monthly closing and reporting to our listed parent company
• handling parts of ongoing accounting, VAT, taxes, as well as customer and supplier ledgers
• performing financial analyses, follow-ups, and summaries for the CEO and management
• collaborating closely with project managers, managers, the CEO, and group finance

You will be part of a team of 8 accountants and project accountants, reporting to our Finance Manager.

Who are you?

You are a curious accountant who wants more than just booking entries – you want to understand the business behind the numbers and contribute to driving it forward. You thrive when you get to work close to the operations, develop processes, and find smarter ways of doing things.

You have good experience as an accountant, preferably from project or contracting operations, and enjoy working broadly – from closing accounts to analysis. Experience in project or assignment accounting is a plus.

As a person, you are engaged, analytical, and like taking responsibility. You see the big picture, but at the same time have an eye for details that make a difference. You collaborate easily, are willing to share your knowledge, and contribute to developing both the team and the business.

We expect you to have an economic education or equivalent experience, as well as good system proficiency for at least 5 years. Experience working in a group or in a listed company is a significant plus.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
