We are now looking for a Strategy Manager for Strategy & Sustainability. This is a role for you who enjoys understanding complex contexts, finding patterns in large amounts of information, and transforming insights into clear recommendations and concrete decisions.

Here, you will work closely on issues that are crucial for Svenska Spel's future. You will become part of the team that helps the business navigate a changing environment, develop our long-term strategy, and create conditions for sustainable growth.

What will you do?

As a Strategy Manager, you will become an important part of Strategy & Sustainability, the group that drives and supports Svenska Spel's strategic development.

You will work on issues ranging from business planning and growth initiatives to environmental analysis, scenario planning, and strategic choices. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with many different parts of the organization and contribute to decisions that affect the entire group.

You will, among other things:

• Drive and support strategic projects within the Strategy & Sustainability area of responsibility
• Produce analyses, syntheses, and decision support materials for management, steering groups, and other key forums
• Contribute to and facilitate the strategy and business planning process
• Work with scenarios, prioritizations, workshops, and follow-up of strategic initiatives
• Support the development of growth cases, new business opportunities, and strategic investments
• Coordinate perspectives from business areas and group functions and translate them into a common holistic perspective
• Contribute to weaving together external environment, sustainability, risk, and business logic in strategic decision support
• Create structure, progress, and clarity in cross-functional projects and working groups

You will have the chance to work on everything from the development of Svenska Spel's strategic direction towards 2030 to growth initiatives, scenario analyses, prioritization logic, and materials for group management and the board.

This is a role for you who thrives when switching between analysis and execution and who likes to see ideas become reality.

Are you the one who will do it?

We believe you are a curious person who likes to understand how things fit together. You have an easy time structuring complex information, drawing conclusions, and presenting them in a way that creates understanding and direction.

At the same time, you are unpretentious and collaboration-oriented. You enjoy working with others, but are also confident in driving issues forward on your own when needed.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• About 3–5 years of experience from strategy, management consulting, business development, analysis, project management, or similar areas
• An academic degree in economics, engineering, or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and experience in structuring complex issues
• Experience in producing professional presentations and decision support materials
• Good business understanding and an interest in strategy, growth, and societal issues
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to create progress
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
• High integrity and good judgment in issues that can sometimes be both strategic and sensitive

We also appreciate that you use AI as a natural tool to streamline analysis work, strengthen the quality of materials, and create new perspectives in complex issues.
