Create a Professional Website with AI - That's Why I Built Deffe.com
For a long time, it has been unnecessarily difficult for small business owners, associations, and new projects to develop a truly good website. Either technical knowledge, a lot of time, or a budget that many do not have at the start is required. This was one of the reasons I began building Deffe.com – a Swedish AI service aimed at making it significantly easier to create a stylish, useful, and publishable website.
For me, Deffe is not just about creating another online tool. It’s about lowering the barriers for people who have an idea, a company, an association, or a project but get stuck on the question: how do I get a good website up?
Why is a simpler path to a good website needed?
A website is often the first impression a customer gets of a business. Despite this, many hesitate to get started. Hiring a web agency can feel expensive, building it yourself can seem complicated, and understanding everything from design and texts to structure, contact forms, and mobile adaptation can be time-consuming.
At the same time, expectations have increased. A modern website should load quickly, work well on mobile, feel professional, and clearly show what the company offers. For a small business owner, this can be a lot to handle, especially if the website is just one of many things that need to be sorted out.
This frustration is what I wanted to address. What if you could describe what you want, let AI build the first version, and then continue improving the site step by step by talking to the system in plain Swedish or English?
What is Deffe.com?
Deffe.com is an AI-powered website builder where users can create a website by describing their idea. It can be a company site, a landing page, an association page, a simpler product page, or a website for a new project.
Instead of starting with a blank template, technical settings, and lots of manual choices, you begin with the idea itself. For example, you can write that you want a modern website for a construction company, a law firm, a consulting business, a restaurant, or a tech trading company. The AI then builds an initial version with structure, texts, design, and pages suited to the purpose.
Afterward, you can continue the dialogue and request changes. These might include making the site more exclusive, adding more subpages, changing colors, improving texts, creating a clearer homepage, or tailoring the design for the industry.
What can you create with Deffe?
The beauty of an AI-based website builder is that its application range is quite broad. Deffe is designed to assist both those who need a simple online presence and those who want to create something more refined.
- Company websites for small and medium-sized businesses
- Landing pages for campaigns, products, and services
- Websites for consultants, tradespeople, and local businesses
- Association pages and information sites
- Websites for new business ideas that need quick testing
- Simpler project pages with contact forms and clear presentation
The goal is not for all websites to look the same. On the contrary, the idea is for the site to be adapted to the business. A law firm should not feel like a café, and a tech company should not look like a flower shop. Therefore, it’s important that the AI understands the context and can build something that fits the industry, tone, and target audience.
Who is Deffe.com suitable for?
Deffe is especially suitable for individuals and companies who want to get started quickly but still want a result that feels professional. It could be a small business owner needing their first website, a consultant wanting to present their services, an association aiming to gather information more effectively, or someone testing a new business idea.
It can also be a good fit for those who already have a website but feel it is outdated, cluttered, or no longer reflects the business. Often, it’s easier to start over with a new structure than to patch up and repair something that has grown over many years.
My idea is that you shouldn’t need to know HTML, CSS, databases, servers, or design principles to get started. You should be able to focus on your business and let the technology handle the more difficult tasks.
What makes Deffe different?
There are already many tools for building websites. The difference I aim for with Deffe is that the user shouldn’t have to click through everything from scratch. Instead, the AI should take more responsibility for the overall picture.
This means that the system not only creates a blank layout but also tries to understand what the page is actually for. A site for a local electrician needs clear services, contact options, and credibility. A site for a consultant requires a different type of presentation. A site for a startup project might need more focus on the idea, benefits, and a clear call to action for visitors.
It’s also important that the website can be improved after the initial version. Many don’t know exactly what they want until they see something in front of them. That’s why dialogue with the AI is central. You can start simple and then gradually ask for improvements until the site feels right.
An example of how it can work
For example, a user might write: “Create a modern website for a painting company in Växjö that works with interior painting, facade painting, and wallpapering. The site should feel trustworthy, local, and professional.”
Based on this, Deffe can create a homepage with a clear hero section, presentation of services, texts highlighting experience and trustworthiness, contact options, and a design suitable for a local craftsman. If the user then feels the site is too simple, they can ask the AI to make it more exclusive, add reference projects, or create more subpages.
This, in my opinion, is one of the major strengths of AI in web development. You no longer need to have the entire plan clear from the start. You can begin with an idea and work your way forward.
A Swedish AI service still under development
Deffe.com is still a service that is continuously being developed. I build it practically, test it, improve it, and constantly seek ways to make the results better for the user. This involves design, technology, speed, texts, image quality, and how the AI understands different types of tasks.
Since Deffe is a Swedish service, it also has a natural connection to Swedish entrepreneurs and Swedish needs. Many small businesses want a website that feels trustworthy, local, and easy to understand. It doesn’t always have to be big and complicated. Often, a clear, attractive, and well-structured website that makes it easy for visitors to understand what the company offers and how to contact them is enough.
That’s where I believe AI can make a big difference. Not by replacing all human work, but by making it much easier to go from idea to a finished foundation.
AI makes it easier to get started
For many, the biggest benefit of AI is not that everything becomes automatic, but that the starting barrier is lowered. The first version of a website is often the hardest. Once there is something to look at, it becomes much easier to say what should be changed, improved, or expanded.
This is also why Deffe is built around a more natural workflow. Describe what you want, let the AI create an initial version, and then continue refining the site with instructions. It’s more like collaborating with a digital web developer than working alone with a blank template.
Try creating your own website with AI
My hope is that Deffe.com will make it easier for more people to dare to create something of their own online. It could be a new business, a campaign, an association, a service, or just an idea that needs a professional online presence.
It doesn’t have to start perfectly. The important thing is to get started, produce a good foundation, and then improve it. That’s exactly what Deffe is built for.
