You will take on an important role in a risk control function at a financial actor. Here, you work in an independent second line with a focus on analyzing, assessing, and following up on credit risks. You will become part of a team working closely with the business to create clarity regarding the risk picture and strengthen risk awareness. You will combine analysis, follow-up, and communication in a role where your assessments make a real difference. • You monitor, evaluate, and report on credit risk.
• You continuously monitor risk appetite, risk limits, and risk indicators.
• You evaluate the business's risk profile within credit risk.
• You lead training and workshops to strengthen risk awareness in the business.
• You conduct risk-based audits and monitoring within credit risk.

• Some years of experience working with credit risk or credit management within banking or finance.
• Knowledge of programming, primarily SAS and SQL.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

• Experience with Basel regulations.
• Experience with IRK models.
• Experience with credit risk models.
