Job Coach Wanted at Fima Recruitment & Accounting AB – 60–70 % Position

Fima Recruitment & Accounting AB is now looking for an engaged and driven Job Coach for a position of approximately 60–70 %, with the possibility of increasing the scope over time.

The position is located at our office at Medborgarplatsen in Stockholm.

About the Role

As a job coach with us, you will work to support job seekers on their path to employment or education. You will provide individual support, coaching, and guidance, as well as help participants strengthen their opportunities in the labor market.

The work includes, among other things:

• Conducting individual coaching and guidance sessions.
• Creating action plans and following up on participants' development.
• Assisting participants with CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
• Preparing participants for job interviews.
• Matching participants with relevant jobs and training programs.
• Establishing and developing contacts with employers.
• Documenting activities according to current requirements.
• Working with a clear focus on helping participants move forward into work or studies.

Qualifications

To meet the Swedish Public Employment Service's requirements for working as a job coach, you must fulfill one of the following alternatives:

Alternative 1

• At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the old system) or equivalent foreign education.
• At least two (2) years of work experience at a minimum of 50 % during the last five (5) years.

Alternative 2

• At least one (1) year of post-secondary education on a full-time basis.
• At least three (3) years of work experience at a minimum of 50 % during the last five (5) years.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience working as a job coach, labor market consultant, study and career counselor, or similar.
• Has experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or employer contacts.
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish labor market.
• Is accustomed to working independently and taking personal responsibility.
• Has strong administrative skills and computer proficiency.
• Is professional, solution-oriented, and relationship-building.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Has good knowledge of English in both speech and writing.

Merits

• Experience working within Rusta och Matcha (ROM2), KROM, or other labor market initiatives.
• Experience working towards set goals and results.
• Experience in establishing and developing employer contacts.
• Experience in competency-based recruitment and matching.
