ABF Huddinge's meeting places and premises are located in Central Huddinge, Vårby Gård, and Flemingsberg.

About the Role

Do you want to help develop ABF Huddinge? We are currently looking for a Business Developer based in Vårby Gård. The role involves developing culture and adult education, collaborating with associations and local stakeholders, and working with external funding through projects and assignments.

You will work to mobilize people's engagement and interests, conducting outreach and initiating activities, while offering a platform for adult education and association life. You will seek project funding, lead projects, and manage assignments within areas such as the labor market, integration, gender equality, and children's and youth activities.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for and develop culture, adult education, and association life.
  • Apply for project funding and lead projects and processes.
  • Collaborate with associations, local stakeholders, and partners.
  • Administer and coordinate adult education activities and projects.
  • Plan and follow up on operational goals and finances.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has good knowledge of mass movements and association life.
  • Is passionate about adult education, culture, and societal issues.
  • Has experience in project work and writing project applications.
  • Communicates effectively in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
  • Has strong collaboration skills and social competence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in multicultural environments.
  • Experience collaborating with municipalities, authorities, and other actors.
  • Familiarity with the study associations' administrative system Gustav.
  • Additional language skills beyond Swedish.

Employment Terms

Type of Employment:

Permanent position, full-time (100%) with a 6-month probationary period.

Working Hours:

A 38-hour work week. Evening work may occur. The work is primarily on-site, as we believe staffed meeting places benefit the operations.

Start Date:

As soon as possible.

Salary:

According to agreement. Collective agreement – Union for Commercial Employees (Handelsanställdas förbund).
