We are currently looking for an Accountant specializing in Accounts Receivable for a consultancy assignment starting immediately. The assignment is expected to last approximately five to six months.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing the Accounts Receivable ledger, including invoicing, dunning, and handling customer-related inquiries.
- Booking bank transactions and performing bank reconciliations.
- Monitoring overdue customer receivables, handling collection cases, and sending payment reminders.
- Calculating VAT and submitting VAT returns.
- Participating in month-end closing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting, including intercompany reconciliations within Accounts Receivable.
- Preparing cash flow forecasts related to Accounts Receivable.
We believe you:
- Have relevant experience in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably in an international environment or from a large corporation.
- Are proficient in Excel and have experience working with multiple different systems.
- Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
