This could be the job for you if you want to work part-time with financial administration, approximately four hours per week. The position is a fixed-term appointment with immediate start, subject to agreement.
About the job
As a part-time financial administrator in the Unit for Fund Trading and Voluntary Pension, you play a key role in managing the liquidity flows and accounting for the premium pension operations. The work is primarily operational, and you report to the Head of the Unit for Fund Trading and Voluntary Pension.
Responsibilities
- Management of liquidity flows within cash and banking.
- Ongoing accounting and reporting of transactions within the premium pension system.
- Preparing materials for annual accounts and reporting.
- Liquidity planning and account management.
- Reconciliation of bank accounts and fund units.
- Management of currency forwards and financial instruments within traditional management.
- Financial administration of fund fees, pension rights, inheritance gains, and kickbacks.
- Investigations and analyses related to the operations.
- Contributing to the development and testing of systems and processes.
- Serving as a support to responsible managers regarding fund trading, traditional management, and temporary management.
We are looking for someone with:
- A relevant academic degree or substantial work experience in liquidity flow administration within the state premium pension system.
- At least five years of experience in accounting and reporting within the state premium pension system.
- Documented experience in handling liquidity flows for fund insurance, traditional management, and temporary management.
- Documented and multi-year work experience with the economic system Agresso.
- Very good understanding of the accounting structure of the premium pension system.
- Experience in implementing new processes for managing liquidity flows.
- Experience with year-end closing work as well as account and fund unit reconciliations.
- Experience in fund trading and administration related to fees, pension rights, and fund discounts.
- Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Qualifications that are considered meritorious:
- Very good knowledge of fund trading systems and fund insurance systems.
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
