Do you want to work in a broad HR role where you can combine administration, payroll, and operational support in an international environment?

We are looking for an HR Generalist for a knowledge-intensive organization where you will play a key role in daily HR operations. You will support managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding, working closely with the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and takes ownership.

Job Description

In the role of HR Administrator, you will work broadly with personnel administration in a dynamic research environment. You will handle HR matters in systems, work with payroll processing and controls, and support managers and employees with personnel issues. You are also responsible for administration related to recruitment, employment contracts, and certificates. The role includes coordinating on- and offboarding processes and supporting international employees in their contact with authorities. You will become an important part of the administrative function and collaborate closely with various roles within the organization.

Who is a good fit?

You have experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or similar tasks. You have post-secondary education or equivalent experience. You are confident working with the Office suite and are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are structured, self-motivated, and have strong collaboration skills. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility and handle multiple tasks in parallel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the personnel system Primula and the recruitment system Varbi
  • Previous work experience within the public sector
  • Experience working in an international environment
