Do you want to work in a business-oriented and analytical role where you have the opportunity to influence and strengthen credit risk management in an established player in the financial sector? We are now looking for an experienced consultant for an exciting assignment within risk control, where you will become an important part of the work to ensure sound and sustainable risk management.

The assignment is carried out within the independent risk control function (second line of defense) and involves close collaboration with the business regarding the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of credit risks.

You will work in a competent team focused on ensuring that credit risks are identified, measured, followed up, and reported in accordance with internal guidelines and external regulations.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Control, analyze, and report on credit risks
• Continuously monitor risk appetites, risk limits, and risk indicators
• Evaluate and analyze the organization's credit risk profile
• Conduct risk-based audits and monitoring within the credit risk area
• Plan and conduct training, workshops, and other activities to strengthen risk awareness in the business
• Contribute to the development and improvement of processes, methods, and risk management

To be successful in this role, you need

• Several years of experience working with credit risk, credit analysis, or credit management within the banking or financial sector
• Good understanding of credit risk management and risk control
• Experience in data analysis and processing
• Very good knowledge of SAS and SQL
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Meritorious: Knowledge of Basel regulations
• Meritorious: Experience with ICA/IRB models and/or credit risk models and model validation
• Meritorious: Work within an independent risk control function or second line of defense
