Working at a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and moves quickly, all while we have fun together! Whether at the checkout, among the shelves, or in the middle of our campaigns, you create the customer experience. You greet our customers with a smile and ensure the store looks great, is fully stocked, and inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right curtain, the next you reconfigure an entire department. No two days are alike – and we love it!

You don't need to know everything from the start – we'll teach you! But we believe you:
