About the Role

As an Account Manager at Nordic Level, you will be responsible for a well-established customer portfolio with significant development potential. You will primarily work with existing customers who already have a financing solution linked to their security systems, helping them develop their facilities as needs change. You are also expected to contribute to a smaller extent to new customer acquisition.

This role is primarily about building long-term relationships, understanding customers' businesses, and identifying opportunities to upgrade, complement, and future-proof their security solutions. You will work closely with the delivery organization and act as a consulting partner throughout the entire customer journey. The role involves a combination of office work and customer visits, with customers found across a range of different industries – from shops and fuel stations to offices, data centers, and other operations.

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Be responsible for and develop an existing customer portfolio with a strong focus on upselling and long-term customer relationships
  • Contact customers, book and conduct customer meetings, and identify new needs and business opportunities
  • Present and sell new security solutions, for example during upgrades, expansions, or technology changes
  • Work with financing solutions and help customers renew or expand their agreements in collaboration with Nordic Level's financing partners
  • Collaborate closely with the delivery organization to ensure high customer satisfaction and create more business opportunities
  • Follow up with customers, handle any challenges, and work actively to strengthen customer relationships over time
  • Plan and prioritize your work between the office and customer visits, primarily with customers in Central Sweden

We are looking for someone who has

  • Approximately 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Experience working with financing or leasing solutions, for example within IT, telecommunications, vehicles, or other capital-intensive equipment
  • Good understanding of how financing structures work and the ability to calculate and present business solutions for the customer
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

  • Experience from the security industry
  • Experience from a bank or financial company with a focus on corporate financing

Employment type: Permanent with an initial probationary period
Start: According to agreement, taking notice periods into account
Scope: Full-time, Monday-Friday
