About the Role

Sweden’s largest independent brokerage chain, Svensk Fastighetsförmedling, and its interest company House:ID are teaming up to strengthen the offering for homeowners and make it easier to own and maintain your home. We are now looking for a driven B2B sales professional ready for your next challenge and eager to contribute to House:ID’s development!

You will be employed by Svensk Fastighetsförmedling but work on behalf of House:ID – giving you the best of both worlds: the security of a well-known corporation combined with the energy of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company.

You will work closely with House:ID’s team and directly contribute to growing our partner network – companies that help homeowners get the right support at the right time.

What You’ll Do
  • Contact prospects and present House:ID’s platform, creating business proposals with clear customer value via phone

  • Close deals and manage straightforward onboarding and follow-up processes

  • Contribute to developing sales processes and materials

  • Work systematically in CRM with ongoing reporting

You report to the Customer Center Manager at Svensk Fastighetsförmedling and work on-site at our office on Rehnsgatan 11.

Who We’re Looking For

You are early in your sales career and ready to take the next step as a B2B salesperson. You are motivated by clear targets, thrive with the phone as your primary tool, and easily build trust with new contacts. You are goal-oriented, driven, and see this as a fantastic opportunity to continue developing within B2B sales.

We expect you to have

  • At least 6 months of experience in B2B sales

  • Experience with proactive prospecting and closing deals

  • Track record of working against sales quotas/budgets

  • Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling SaaS, media, or advertising solutions
