We are now looking for two part-time store salespersons for our location in Årsta. One position is 75% (approx. 28 hours per week) and the other is 50% (approx. 18 hours per week). Working hours vary according to the schedule and include weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

Restaurants, cafés, food trucks, companies, and associations are just some of the customers who shop in our stores. Our opening hours are Monday–Friday 6 AM–8 PM and weekends 8 AM–6 PM. Our assortment is broad, ranging from kitchen equipment to fresh produce like fruits and vegetables. Many customers shop with us because they value our knowledgeable and helpful staff, and we aim to inspire them even more! Therefore, it's important that you enjoy sales and customer interaction. Your main tasks.

• Cashier duties – providing professional and friendly customer service.
• Stock picking and replenishment – ensuring the store is always well-stocked, clean, and inspiring.
• Customer service – engaging with customers through knowledge and a smile, always representing Martin & Servera in the best possible way.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• An interest in food, service, and sales.
• The ability to thrive in a social, fast-paced environment.
• Experience from a grocery/food retail store (advantageous).
• Experience with product display and creating inspiring, sales-driven store environments (advantageous).
• A forklift license (advantageous).
• Cash register experience (advantageous).
