About the Role
As a Securities Operation Specialist, you will play a central role in the bank's Back-Office, ensuring that complex financial flows and transactions are handled correctly and efficiently. You will become part of an engaged team where you will receive a thorough introduction and the opportunity to build a solid foundation within banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
The role covers the entire operational workflow after a trade has been executed, with a focus on ensuring correct settlement and reporting. Your daily tasks include:
- Securities Transaction Administration: You handle and administer transactions covering a broad spectrum of financial instruments, including equities, bonds, derivatives, and currencies.
- Liquidity Management and Reconciliation: You are responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are matched and reconciled correctly – a business-critical task that is crucial for the bank's liquidity management.
- Dividends and Corporate Actions: You manage and administer processes related to dividends and other corporate actions.
- Communication and Collaboration: The work involves regular contact and collaboration with custodian banks and international counterparties around the world.
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in administering securities transactions.
- Has experience in liquidity management and reconciliation.
- Has experience with processes related to dividends and corporate actions.
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Merits include
- Experience working in financial systems such as SimCorp Dimension or similar.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as CSDR or MiFID II.
- Experience with process automation within finance.
