Amnesty Sweden is strengthening its fundraising efforts and is looking for two fundraisers to join our Face-to-Face team within the Engagement and Direct Dialogue unit in Stockholm.

About the role

As a Face-to-Face fundraiser, you play a vital role in Amnesty International Sweden's fundraising efforts by actively recruiting new members and donors in public spaces. In this role, you meet people every day and create engaging conversations about human rights, Amnesty's work, and how more people can contribute to change.

We are looking for someone who is communicative, social, and enjoys contacting new people. You feel comfortable arguing for both membership and donations, and are motivated by working towards clear goals in an active and developing environment. Together with the team, you build public opinion for human rights by highlighting current human rights issues and explaining how Amnesty works to counter violations worldwide. It is meaningful work where you have the opportunity to make a difference every day.

Your responsibilities

• Contribute to increased revenue through active recruitment of members and donors in public spaces
• Ensure that the recruitment work maintains high quality, follows established guidelines, and meets set targets
• Contribute to development and improvement work within your own area of responsibility

Your qualifications

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Additional language skills are meritorious
• Experience in fundraising, service, or sales is meritorious

• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
