Do you want to work in a crucial support function where quality, service, and legal certainty are in focus? We are now looking for an HR Administrator who, through a consulting assignment, wants to contribute to efficient and professional HR administration in a large and complex organization.

About the assignment
As an HR Administrator, you work closely with the client's HR partners and provide qualified, business-oriented support to managers in the organization. You become an important part of the client's HR function and contribute to ensuring efficient handling of HR processes as well as high quality and legal certainty in cases.

The position is a consulting assignment via Bemannia starting 2026-08-10 until 2026-12-30, with great opportunities for extension. The position is full-time (100%) and you work during office hours at the client's office in Stockholm.

The role involves varied administrative work where you handle and follow up on HR-related cases in several different systems and have many contact surfaces within the business.

Your responsibilities

  • Completing and quality assurance of employment details for both new employees and changes during ongoing employment.
  • Handling and processing employment and other HR administrative cases in our systems such as COP, Heroma, Service Now, Diariet, etc.
  • Supporting the agency's managers with the above tasks.
  • Providing support to HR partners and ensuring quality in case handling.
  • Contributing to the business development of the unit's processes and services to ensure good governance and legal certainty.
  • Generating personnel data and statistics.
  • Other tasks such as registering pension basis, mail handling, and similar.

Your qualifications

  • University education in HR, economics, or a similar field, or equivalent relevant education.
  • Experience working in several different administrative IT systems, such as HR systems, payroll systems, or case management systems.
  • Experience working in Heroma, beyond user level.
  • 1-3 years of administrative work experience, for example in HR, economics, or a similar field, where you have handled cases and worked in several digital systems.
  • You take responsibility for your work performance and your contribution to the whole.
  • You adapt to change and unforeseen events.
  • You take initiative for development and contribute to improvement.

Meritorious

  • Experience working in the public sector, preferably from a government agency.
  • Experience with similar tasks in a large and complex organization.
