Your role

As a Car Rental Agent, you will manage our customers' rental experience from start to finish – from booking and pickup to return. You will also handle follow-ups and answer incoming inquiries. We work on a rolling schedule where you alternate between day shifts and evening shifts depending on the week.

Your responsibilities

• Customer interactions over the counter, via phone, and by email.
• Active work with needs analysis and upselling SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Valid Category B driver's license for at least one year.
• Good computer skills.
• Availability to work both day and evening shifts.

Working hours

At SIXT Arlanda, you work on a rolling 7-week schedule, alternating weekly between the following shifts: 07:00–15:30, 11:30–20:00, and 15:30–24:00. You will work approximately every other weekend.
