What will you do?

Every day, you will provide Clas Fixare's customers and tradespeople with first-class service regarding the booking of repair services via phone and email. Part of the role involves securing upselling, both in customer booking calls but also through outward-facing activities to potential customers. You also play a central role as support for Clas Fixare's tradespeople, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

The position is a permanent full-time role, usually based at our office in Solna.

Who are you?

You have a natural inner drive and enjoy setting your own goals for how much you can accomplish during a workday. You are good at "reading people" and thrive on helping others, both colleagues and customers. You are attentive to customer needs, not afraid to ask customers for additional information when needed, and explain the prerequisites that must be in place for the service to be carried out well. Taking initiative is second nature to you, and you come forward with solution proposals when needed, but you also have no problem following rules and routines. You also feel comfortable making outgoing sales calls.

Previous experience and/or interest in construction & trades is meritorious but not a requirement.

You want to work independently and place great importance on behaving correctly, being thorough, and simultaneously providing excellent service. For you, it is also important to be punctual and efficient, and you plan and structure your work to work systematically and not get distracted by things happening around you.

It is important that you identify with the following:

• You have a high school education or equivalent
• You are efficient and structured as a person and get a lot done
• You have experience with and enjoy working in sales
• You have at least three years of customer-related work experience with good references
• You thrive in a changing work environment where guidelines can change quickly and one must handle a lot of incoming information
• You have good IT skills
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Meritorious if you have previously worked with or around construction/carpentry/trades
