Do you want to drive growth at Kiwa in Stockholm and the Mälaren region? We are expanding our presence in Stockholm and surrounding areas. Kiwa is one of the world's leading organizations in inspection, testing, certification, and non-destructive testing. We always strive to develop and expand, which is why we need you to take our business and customer satisfaction to a new level!
About the role:
Kiwa offers a wide range of services within inspection, testing, certification, and consultation. Your role will be a crucial part of building relationships and creating value for primarily new customers, as well as existing ones. Our customers are our most important asset, so we place great emphasis on developing long-term relationships where collaboration and trust are built over time. In your role as a salesperson, you will lead and drive the sales of Kiwa's entire service portfolio to our customers.
You will be part of a sales and marketing team where we support each other with marketing activities and sales assignments to provide our operational units with new assignments. Your responsibilities include close collaboration with our unit managers and Kiwa specialists, identifying the customer's often complex needs, and developing the best solutions for the customer. This is a varied role where solutions are often implemented in project form, individual assignments, or according to framework agreements.
We work in an industry with constant development, so it is important that you, as a salesperson, actively monitor the current industries to identify trends and future customer needs. As Kiwa is a global company, international contacts within the company are also part of the job.
Your main tasks
- Develop and drive sales and marketing plans together with the business
- Develop existing customers through cross-selling and broadening the business
- Drive new customer acquisition and establish new relationships
- Lead and negotiate major deals and framework agreements
- Coordinate internal resources to create competitive offers
Your workplace will be at one of our offices in the Mälaren region. Travel is included in the position, including day trips and overnight stays.
Do you have what it takes?
Do you like tackling problems that require complex solutions, holistic thinking, and a technical focus? Here, you will have a varied daily routine where the customer's needs are at the center. You have a genuine interest in technology, experience in managing the entire sales process, and building long-term collaboration with customers. We see that you are receptive and have the ability to interpret customer needs from a broad perspective. You are extroverted and have an easy time building connections and collaborations both externally and internally.
What we want you to have:
- Experience in qualified B2B sales
- Sales experience with a background in long sales cycles
- You are result-oriented, structured, and a skilled communicator
- You have a strong ability to build relationships and create trust
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
It is an advantage if you have worked with non-destructive testing, inspection, or personnel certification/procedure qualification for welding.
What can you expect from us in return?
Kiwa is today one of the most successful companies in inspection, testing, certification, and technical consultation thanks to our competent and engaged employees. Through your daily work, interesting projects, and training, you and your skills will constantly develop when you are part of Kiwa!
