At Inte Bara Post Allt in Allo, we operate within three business areas: Craft Services, Trade Fairs & Expo, and Events. Our businesses complement each other, and we believe in collaborating across these areas to create the best possible solutions for our customers.
We are now looking for an Event Project Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our event assignments and simultaneously be a key part of our continued growth.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for leading our events from the first customer meeting through to execution and follow-up. You are the customer's primary contact and ensure that every project is delivered with high quality and that customers are satisfied. You will work in a tight-knit team where you jointly develop business and create holistic solutions for our customers. Since our operations are seasonal, the role will include sales activities during quieter periods. The focus will primarily be on developing relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities within our various business areas.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning, execution, and follow-up of event projects.
- Act as the customer's main contact throughout the project.
- Create presentations, quotations, budgets, and project plans.
- Manage project economics and profitability.
- Coordinate staff and external suppliers.
- Attend events and act as the on-site customer manager.
- Develop event concepts together with management that can be replicated across multiple customers.
- Actively work on upselling and develop existing customer relationships.
- Document the entire sales process in the CRM system.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a business mindset and thrives on creating long-term customer relationships.
- Is a team player without ego, ready to jump in wherever needed.
- Is self-motivated, solution-oriented, and gets things done.
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
- Is accustomed to having customer responsibility and driving projects with individual result accountability.
- Has experience in project management within events, trade fairs, or similar operations.
