Our client is looking for an operational buyer for a consulting assignment. You will become a key player in ensuring material flows and optimizing the supply chain in an environment characterized by high pace and professional collaboration.

In the role of Supply Planner, you are responsible for the daily flow of goods and services. You work proactively with supplier follow-up and order management to support operations and minimize lead times. Your mission is clear: ensure that the right materials arrive in the right place, at exactly the right time. They are now scaling up the team and looking for you who want to take on significant personal responsibility. In this role, you build bridges between external suppliers and internal teams to create a supply chain that is not only stable and efficient, but also long-term sustainable.
What we offer is a developmental consulting assignment of 4–6 months with the opportunity to broaden your network and deepen your knowledge within operational purchasing with an established player.
Responsibilities
The role involves operational responsibility for the entire purchasing chain, from ordering to follow-up and quality assurance of deliveries.
- Be responsible for a number of suppliers and their delivery precision.
- Drive improvement work using Lean principles to develop the supplier base.
- Ensure a robust and sustainable supply chain together with the team.
- Work closely with production, sourcing, quality, and order management.
- Handle and develop both internal and external communication.
We are looking for someone who
- Has education in logistics, supply chain, or similar
- Has basic knowledge of operational purchasing
- Is proficient in working with SAP or other business systems (ERP)
- Has good ability to communicate in Swedish and English
- Has experience independently handling external supplier contacts
It is an advantage if you have
- Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and follow-up
- Previous experience in purchasing within manufacturing industry or logistics
