Do you want to develop some of Sweden's most well-known retail chains and help them modernize their operations through smart IT solutions? Onitio Solutions is looking for a Key Account Manager to develop existing customers, create new business opportunities, and drive complex IT deals within the retail segment.

About the Key Account Manager Role
As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for creating growth by developing existing customer relationships and establishing new strategic partnerships within the retail sector.

You act as the customer's advisor regarding business-critical IT and help customers identify solutions that strengthen operations, improve the customer experience, and create business value.

The role involves driving business processes from identified opportunity to delivered solution in close collaboration with Presales, Operations, Service Delivery, and our technical specialists.

To succeed in this role, you need to understand the customer's business, challenges, and future needs, while ensuring that Onitio is perceived as a strategic partner rather than just a vendor.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Strategic customer development where you identify new business opportunities within existing customer accounts and build long-term relationships focused on customer satisfaction and partnership.
  • New customer acquisition and business development where you identify and process new customers within the retail segment and present Onitio's offering and value proposition.
  • Complex solution sales from needs analysis to contract, where you coordinate internal resources and develop business cases together with the customer.
  • Collaboration and delivery where you work closely with Presales and technical specialists, translate customer needs into the right solution, and act as the link between the customer and internal teams.
  • Long-term value-creating customer relationships where you build trust, identify IT business opportunities, and understand the market's pace of change and digitalization needs.

About you
We are looking for someone with experience in B2B sales and accustomed to handling longer business processes where relationships, trust, and business understanding are crucial for success.

As a person, you are business-driven, curious, and consultative in your approach. You naturally build trust, thrive in dialogue with customers, and are motivated by creating long-term results. At the same time, you are a team player who works closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to create successful customer relationships.

Requirements for the role:

  • Solution sales within IT, technology, or related fields
  • Sales targeting large enterprises or chain organizations
  • Ability to drive deals from first contact to contract
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot
  • Fluency in Swedish and English in business contexts
