Inbound Sales Representative for Energy Solutions Tech Company

We are now looking for a business-driven and engaged inbound sales representative for an expanding technology company in the energy sector. About the role

As an inbound sales representative, you are responsible for helping private customers find the right solutions within charging and smart energy usage. Through advisory sales, you guide customers through the entire purchasing process – from needs analysis and consultation to quote, deal, and follow-up.

You work with both incoming inquiries and active new customer acquisition. The role involves many customer contacts where your ability to build trust and understand the customer's needs is crucial for your success.

You become an important part of an engaged sales team where you work together towards common goals while having great opportunities to influence your own results. During your first period, you will receive a thorough introduction and continuous coaching to quickly get into the role and develop further.

We are looking for you who

  • Have experience in B2C sales, inbound sales, or customer advisory.
  • Have a genuine interest in technology, energy, and sustainable solutions.
  • Are communicative and have an easy time building trust with customers.
  • Are goal-oriented and motivated by working towards set targets.
  • Take personal responsibility, are solution-oriented, and thrive in a changing environment.
  • Speak and write Swedish fluently.

Experience from the energy, electrical, technology, or installation industry is meritorious but not a requirement.
