Payroll Administrator Wanted at Praktikertjänst (Fixed-term)

We are now looking for a Payroll Administrator for a fixed-term employment of approximately 4 months to our payroll function at Praktikertjänst.

Responsibilities

As a payroll administrator with us, you have a central role in our support operations. You work closely with both employees and managers and contribute to ensuring correct and professional handling of payrolls and related questions for approximately 8,500 employees.

You will become part of Payroll Services, a department within Finance & Accounting with 16 colleagues in various roles. Work here is characterized by collaboration, responsibility, and a shared focus on continuous improvement, digitalization, and quality work.

Your Tasks

• Provide qualified telephone support regarding payroll to employees and managers
• Handle and follow up on cases in our case management system
• Support in expense management and ensure correct processing
• Register, check, and follow up on discrepancies (e.g., time, absence, and allowances)
• Provide support in the discrepancy system
• Work with scheduling and related questions
• Answer questions regarding vacation, tax, benefits, and employment terms
• Ensure that laws, agreements, and internal guidelines are followed

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are service-oriented and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces. You have a genuine interest in the payroll area and are driven by providing professional and solution-oriented support. You have relevant education in payroll administration and experience in payroll work.

We place great importance on personal qualities and are looking for you who have a positive attitude, are socially inclined, and thrive in a large group.

The role is communicative, so you need to master Swedish in speech and writing.

Merits

• Experience in payroll management for both white-collar workers and unionized employees
• Knowledge of various collective agreements
• Experience with Visma HR+, Medvind, and case management system Topdesk (but not a requirement)
• SRF authorized payroll consultant is a merit
