We are looking for an experienced HR consultant with good knowledge of Nordic payroll and HR processes. The role is broad and includes payroll administration, HR reporting, and system updates.

Example of tasks

• Act as the contact person for payroll matters and handle reporting to central functions.
• Send payroll information and ensure correct local reporting.
• Report HR-related tasks to headquarters.
• Update HR master lists and ensure correct data in the HR system.
• Manage changes related to employees towards the finance department and regulatory functions.
• Administer insurance and pension details and archive personnel files in accordance with GDPR.
• Update organizational charts and employee handbooks.
• Follow up on ethics training in the HR system.

Your background, experience, and competencies

We are looking for you who have experience with payroll administration and a good understanding of how payroll systems are structured, including the connection between payroll and finance. You have worked with HR processes and have strong administrative skills. Furthermore, you have extensive experience working in Google Workspace.

It is an advantage if you have experience with Workday or similar HR systems as well as knowledge of Nordic payroll.

We also see that you are accustomed to working in a complex, high-paced environment where you handle several parallel tasks in a structured and efficient manner. As a person, you are independent, proactive, and solution-oriented. You enjoy taking responsibility and are comfortable challenging ways of working and driving improvements when needed.

Good to know

This is an exciting consulting assignment starting in mid-August and lasting for 6 months. The assignment is 80% and gives you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with our client in Alvik, with good communication and a pleasant work environment.
