About the role

The company is a global leader dedicated to creating innovative safety and technical equipment for specialized professional environments and outdoor settings. With over a thousand employees globally and a strong international presence, the organization focuses on high-quality solutions that protect and support individuals working or operating in demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Finance and Administration Specialist, you will play a key role in managing financial operations, payroll, and administration for Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark. You will work closely with the Regional Managing Director (MD) and collaborate with the global finance team at the international headquarters. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Finance & Accounting: Monitor the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and taxes (VAT and corporate tax filings) within an international framework.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Lead monthly closing processes, prepare annual budgets/quarterly forecasts, and provide variance analysis as a basis for decision-making.
  • Payroll Administration: Manage the entire payroll process and coordinate with pension administrators and external partners.
  • HR & Administration: Support the MD with administrative tasks, expense management, and holiday planning.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain ongoing contact with auditors, banks, and the global headquarters, as well as identify cost-optimization initiatives.

Who we are looking for

  • Regional Knowledge: Experience working with Nordic regulatory requirements (especially in Finland, Norway, and/or Denmark).
  • Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Mindset: An independent and proactive attitude – you take initiative and thrive with personal responsibility.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and a structured working method.

Qualifications that are a plus

  • Experience working with large business systems (e.g., SAP).
