About the role
As an Accounting Assistant, you will have a central role in the team where you handle varied tasks within accounting and administration. You work closely with the business and support both customers and subsidiaries to ensure smooth processes.

Responsibilities
The role involves broad responsibility for daily accounting administration, where you combine careful numerical work with service-oriented communication.
- Handle ongoing bookkeeping
- Manage customer and supplier accounts
- Answer accounting-related questions via email and phone
- Provide professional customer service and support
- Assist subsidiaries with accounting administration
- Compile mileage logs
We are looking for someone who has
- Education in economics, business administration, or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and experience working with customer and supplier accounts.
- Very good skills in Swedish and good skills in English, both spoken and written.
- A service-oriented approach and professional attitude with a focus on high customer satisfaction.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience working in accounting systems.
- Knowledge of Intrastat reporting.
