About Us
Funkisgruppen AB offers interventions according to LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and SoL (Social Services Act), such as day activities, housing support, escort services, and relief care. We also offer placements in sheltered housing and supported housing.
Our operations span from Stockholm to Skåne, with our headquarters in Solna.
Funkisgruppen is growing and constantly evolving. We are therefore looking for an engaged Business Developer who wants to join us on this journey!
The Role
The Business Developer role is new to us, offering great opportunities to shape the work ahead. We need you who are good at developing, driving, and improving operations, while simultaneously understanding the needs of people and the organization.
About the Position
As a Business Developer, you work closely with our operational managers and the management group to drive development, quality, and improvement work within our operations. The role is broad and varied, where you are expected to have a holistic perspective while being able to identify, prioritize, and focus on areas where the needs are greatest. You report to the Quality Manager and are part of the Quality Department.
You contribute both strategically and operationally by leading development initiatives, supporting operations in change work, and ensuring that working methods, processes, and routines develop in line with the organization's goals. Through your work, you create conditions for high quality, sustainable results, and an operation that is constantly developing and improving.
Responsibilities
In the role of Business Developer, you will among other things:
- Drive and coordinate business development, quality work, and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate work related to tenders and procurement, and contribute to the organization's sustainable growth.
- Support operational managers and the management group in matters concerning quality, governance, and follow-up.
- Analyze results, key figures, and deviations to identify areas for development and drive improvements.
- Lead, plan, and follow up on development projects and change initiatives.
- Develop and implement routines, processes, and working methods.
- Plan and conduct quality audits, self-controls, and other follow-ups.
- Educate and support managers and employees in quality, management systems, and business development.

Your Qualifications
- You have a university degree in a relevant field.
- Documented experience in quality and business development work.
- Good ability to drive, follow up on, and develop processes and working methods.
- You have a strong commitment to people in need of support.
The following is also meritorious:
- Experience in project management.
- Experience working within individual and family care (IFO).
- Experience in handling contracts and permit issues.
- Experience with processes and contacts with IVO (Swedish Health and Social Care Inspectorate), for example in applications, supervision, or follow-ups.
