Sweden's largest independent real estate brokerage chain, Svensk Fastighetsförmedling, is now looking for you who are passionate about finding the right matches for our companies in the chain. In the role of TA-partner with us, you are offered a dynamic role involving recruitment, events, networking, employer branding, and coaching of leaders. Here you are part of a recruitment team where everyone has different areas of responsibility and clearly contributes to our common goals.

In addition to ongoing recruitment, we work proactively with events, employer branding, and commissioned training. In short, there are many exciting tasks to vary your day with.

Your next challenge
As part of our recruitment team, you will take a natural place in the team and contribute based on your experience. We are a dynamic team with many different competencies and a common mission where every individual task contributes to the common goal. We work close to the operations, which means travel occurs, both to conduct events and to support our branch offices.

In the role, you will primarily work with:

  • Recruiting and attracting staff, primarily to the chain but also to other companies in the group
  • Working competency-based and conducting tests
  • Planning and executing recruitment activities
  • Proactively supporting recruiting managers in the organization
  • Contributing to the creation of material and content
  • Managing social media/digital channels together with the team
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing department and business area managers

As a natural part of your work, you build good relationships both internally and externally. Of course, you are involved in developing our processes and recruitment work based on your previous experience and ideas to maintain and continuously develop the candidate experience with us.

About you
In this role, we are looking for you who have a burning interest in recruitment and a genuine interest in being part of creating fantastic teams. We believe you have previous experience working with the entire recruitment process and thrive with the tasks involved in the role. As a person, we believe you are structured and responsible and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces where you can be helpful in both big and small matters.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment
  • Fluent knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
  • Class B driver's license

We consider it an advantage if you have experience with:

  • Customer relations work
  • Experience with events
  • Experience with employer branding and social media
  • Teamtailor or similar recruitment tools
  • Psychometric tests

If you also have previous experience working competency-based in the recruitment process, you will recognize our way of working.
