YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE

We are now looking for a part-time receptionist for our client in central Stockholm. You will become part of an inclusive corporate culture that is both warm and welcoming. You will be employed as a consultant by us at Inte Bara Post Bemanning and work on-site at our client's office.

YOUR ROLE

You will have a varied role where your main tasks are to be the company's face outward, welcome and receive visitors, and ensure that the office is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The office does not have a traditional reception desk, which means your area of responsibility covers the entire office environment with a special focus on the main entrance.

Examples of tasks:

• Welcome and receive visitors and new employees at the office
• Ensure a pleasant and well-functioning office environment with a focus on the kitchen, dish and coffee machines, milk, fruit, and common areas
• Ensure that meeting rooms are set up and presentable (e.g., chairs, materials, whiteboards)
• Serve breakfast, coffee breaks, and other simple office preparations
• Order and restock consumables and maintain ongoing contact with suppliers
• Handle internal communication via screens and Slack
• Be responsible for access cards
• Order flowers for new employees

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• Previous experience in a service role
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer and system skills
• Completed upper secondary education
